1. Acceptance
These Terms govern access to the Haxverse website, game client, and related features (rooms, matchmaking, HaxDuty, inventory, career, marketplace, and similar). Using the service means you accept them.
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. The service
Haxverse, operated by Ares through https://api.haxverse.it, is a game platform based on HaxBall with Discord integrations. The service is provided "as is", may change or be in beta, and may be interrupted for maintenance or updates.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old. If you are between 16 and 18 (or the age of majority in your country), you use the service under a parent or guardian's responsibility.
4. Account and Discord
Access is mainly through Discord. You are responsible for your Discord account security and for activity on your Haxverse profile. Do not share session tokens.
5. Conduct
You must not, among other things:
- Cheat, exploit, use unauthorised bots, or unfairly alter the client
- Harass, insult, threaten other players, or evade bans
- Impersonate staff, steal accounts, or abuse bugs
- Upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content
6. Virtual items
Inventory, cards, rewards, VIP, and similar items have no real-money value, are non-refundable except where required by law, and may be changed, removed, or rebalanced. You may not sell or transfer accounts or items in violation of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
Haxverse, marks, UI, maps, assets, and client software remain owned by Haxverse or their respective owners (including HaxBall / its libraries). You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service beyond what the law allows.
8. Third parties
Gameplay relies on HaxBall and Discord. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those platforms. We are not responsible for outages or changes of those services.
9. Moderation
We may warn, mute, ban, or close accounts for violations, abuse, or community risk. We may remove content and record matches for fair play and security.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haxverse is not liable for indirect damages or loss of score, items, or data from outages, third-party exploits, or misuse. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the update date constitutes acceptance of the revised version, subject to mandatory rights.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence. Contact us via our Discord HUB.
